To Every Competitor,
From the bottom of my heart, mahalo for choosing to be a part of The Adonis Classic.
I know the dedication it takes to step on stage. The early mornings, disciplined meals, intensive workouts, sacrifices, and moments of doubt are all part of a journey that very few people truly understand. Simply making the decision to compete is something to be proud of.
Thank you for trusting us with your hard work and allowing The Adonis Classic to be part of your story. Whether this is your first competition or your tenth, I hope you leave our stage feeling celebrated, respected, and inspired.
Our mission has always been bigger than trophies. It’s about building a community that supports one another, encourages excellence, and gives back through opportunities like our college scholarship program. Your participation makes that mission possible.

Checklist
Step 01 * Registration
To officially enroll into The Adonis Classic bodybuilding competition, please complete our Competitor’s Registration Form.
The form will be submitted to the Global Bodybuilding Organization (GBO), but also especially in preparation for the main event.
Step 02 * GBO Membership Card
As a Competitor, please prepare to show proof of your GBO Amateur Membership card during Check-In, on 10/9, and on Show day, 10/10.

Rules

All Competitors will be weighed and measured for height information during Check-In.
NOTE: Failure to appear for Check-In, 10/9, and Pre-Judging, 10/10, will result in a disqualification.

All suit bottoms must be V-shaped. Thongs are not permitted.

Competitors must supply their own music, clearly labeled with their name.
Please designate when to begin music while ON or while OFF stage.
Attention Men’s Bodybuilding and Classic Bodybuilding: Final individual routines are limited to 120 seconds (2 minutes).
Note: Music that has profanity will result in immediate disqualification of the Competitor.

The only people permitted backstage are: Competitors, Competitor’s Coach (with badge), and Staff.

Pre-Judging: Male Competitors are not permitted to wear any jewelry onstage with the exception of a wedding band.
Glasses, props, or gum chewing are not permitted.
Any Competitor performing the “Moon Pose” will be disqualified.
Bumping and shoving is prohibited. First and second persons involved will be disqualified.
Competitor’s numbers must be worn on the left side of the suit bottom.

No outside cameras are allowed.
Photographers will be onsite.
